Our friendly and experienced techs are big on customer service.  We are fully committed to making sure you are able to work at optimal performance. We do not just upsell services but we take the approach of “How would we like to be treated?”  That allows us to give you top notch recommendations and premier service.

What are our hours?

Our technicians are working on client networks from the hours of 7:00 am to about 6:00 pm. However, our help desk staff is available to assist remotely when you need help. Remote help desk support for computer issues is available 24 hours a day if you select to have this level of coverage.

Regular business hours for administration, customer service, and sales:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Do we offer discounting?

Yes, our clients who opt for our monthly packages receive special discounts for our remote and on-site services.

Non-profit organizations receive a discounted rate just for doing a great job on making this world a better place.

Residential customers also have a special rate.

Global Reach

Do I have to be in Chicago to get Help Desk support?

No, our help desk support is done remotely therefore you do not have to be located within our service area. We have clients all over the United States.

Do I have to be an existing client to get service remotely?

No, we can assist you remotely then take payment over the phone via credit or debit card. Once you have been serviced by our staff, we retain your name, contact information, and hardware notes so we can help you even quicker then next time you call us.

Is Powered On service available only in Chicago?

Because Powered On service is provided by deploying a small footprint software on your server/s and computers, we can service clients anywhere in the United States. We are proud to say that we monitor and maintain clients throughout the country.

What if onsite assistance is required outside of the Chicago area?

We have partners in many other major markets and can schedule an experienced technician to come on-site to take care of any hardware or physical issues. Our extended team are talented individuals and service other clients in that area.

When are we open?

Our normal hours of operation are during usual business hours of:

Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Powered On maintenance and monitoring clients:

For our VIP clients who have our monthly Powered On service contracts for maintenance and monitoring support, our hours of support are available:

Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m

Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Help Desk is available during non-business hours and weekends.

Remote assistance is available during non-business hours (additional rate applies) Onsite service is available during non-business hours (premium rate applies) For Powered-On customers with premium packages, the phone is answered by a live person 24 hours a day.

Powered On clients receive discounted rates on all services.

Can someone assist on a Saturday or Sunday?

Yes, our phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Help Desk support is available round-the-clock through remote assistance for existing clients in our database.
